Please no not order from mr porter or net a porter. The packing process is hit and miss. I’ve worked at their Charlton office through an agency and I must admit the process for packing orders is highly questionable considering the money customers are spending on products. The quality control within the warehouse is almost non existent so many staff avoid things throughout orders that really affect the customer mainly, for example if a dress is part of an order and needs to be steam cleaned this can be avoided by the packer if they’re able to put through the package without quality control seeing This is very often the case.

The quality is reducing significantly. Performance invoices are missing from the boxes all together or thr right quantity is lacking which causes huge inefficiency in calling, waiting, then receiving one days later. You phone the contact centre and it's as if people are working remotely; sometimes you reach people, sometimes they pick up but don't answer then you waste time calling again. The efficiency of overall operations and quality checks of items shipped and how to reduce the returns process needs to be enhanced. A significant reduction of quality in the last 2 years and whoever is managing this division needs an overhaul.

Unclear and insufficient answers Up until now I had a good experience with YOOX until the point I had to claim reimbursement for a pair of boots that the sole has been detached after using them for less than a year and never through a full winter (slightly use).
