I agree with many people on here. I invested during the 2021 S&S boom and actually broke even when the disaster of COVID struck. I took the majority of savings out once things had recovered and accept that you can't control the markets and that everyone, regardless of where they were investigating, were making a loss. Fast forward a few years and now having invested elsewhere I had a direct comparison of performance. After the the chaos of Trump where markets were crashing but people were then taking opportunity left right and Chelsea..I didn't see this in my Wealthify S&S ISA and in comparison with Virgin (making 7.5%) I have only made 2.5%. The 2 stars I have given are for the app usage and the people working who are responsive and always try to be helpful. My real annoyance is the account shows I have made 13% overall when the reality is I have only made £200 from the £8000 physically in my account for the last 2 years with significant monthly charges...I've actually just been doing my own investments in Trade 212 (no fees) and have managed to make 11% with ethical sustainable investments with very little knowledge of stocks and shares... surely professionals should be doing better than my efforts...I'm out!

I have 2 ISA plans and easy access saving account. My ISA plans are set at adventurous, both are in the green performing very well: first at return of 21.76% and the other 28.53%. I have added and withdrawn from my savings account many times with instant results of monies transferred correctly. No problems at all from me. Keep up the good work. I also invest in other ISA’s and stock/shares which are performing in similar results to my own trading decisions, which I conclude as a positive indicator of Wealthify’ investment strategies. In fact they are superseding my NatWest ISA which is run by Coutts running currently at 15.70% over all return. I have never had to use customer service so don’t really have detail on that part of the performance. The App is easy to use, clear and I top up if I want to add more to my ISA’, usually takes a few days to appear but nothing unusual; every transaction are accompanied by email recording transactions. Anxiety inducing nightmare dealing with these crooks. Not the only person to be treated like this by Wealthify judging by the reviews. Closed my ”Instant access” savings account over 3 weeks ago and they are still holding my money hostage!!!. Criminals are treated better than this!!!!. Maybe someone should explain to these thieves what the word “Instant” means!. It certainly doesn’t mean hold someone to ransom for 3 weeks and still going. Avoid these clowns like the plague. Starling have close to the same rate and don’t treat you like scum. I’m tempted to cut my nose off to spite my face and switch my pension over too out of principal.
