I would like to reply to the review of Kay T9, I'm the groom of the wedding, and what he has commented about the food, service, and guest are completely lie and untruthful, the function was for 300 people and we had over 300+ people on my weeding, food was delicious, service was 10 out of 10, communication was excellent between the guests, stuff and the managers, I honestly don't know who is this Kay T9 person is, and we are not sure why is he getting involved with our personal matters, its between both of the families to decide whether we gone take food at home or not if there is anything left after the function, not sure why he wanted to take food at home without asking our permission, I would like to tell everyone please ignore the review from the Kay T9 and I fully recommend Ummah Catering for your memorable occasion, I would like to apologies to Ummah Catering and your lovely team for the comment Kay T9 has made, and lastly I hope the Kay T9 will delete his review insha'Allah. thank you all.

We were looking for a new catering company for our wedding and were pleased we came across Ummah Catering through their regular updated Instagram page. After visiting several caterers, we found Khaled rather different to the others in terms of customer service and performance. At our first visit with Khaled, he showed no signs of convincing the customer to place the order with him and provided a taster session straight from the pot freshly cooked on the day so that we get the exact feel of the food and quality he has to offer. Khaled is open to criticism and caters around the customers’ needs to provide you with the cuisine you are looking for, with honesty to what he can offer. His experience with the business had shown through by his knowledge and ability to answer all our questions and he exalted those we were not aware of. Khaled as a person is most approachable yet humble and allows the customer to become comfortable with him so that you may express all your concerns since the catering part of an event is most paramount to get it bang on right as possible. Effective cooperation and to liaise are key between the client and the event manager in order to result a well-executed event. Ummah Catering certainly ticks all the boxes including their prices that are very competitive. We thank him and his team for the hard work, passion, and support throughout the organizing process and for making our food delicious and our day memorable.
