This is some text inside of a div block.
I quickly found the product I needed on their easy to navigate and informative website and ordered. Prices were very competitive but because I never dealt with company before I was naturally apprehensive about customer service. But how wrong I was; I needed the goods quickly to contacted customer services to see if they can help. They were responsive and helpful to the point that every person I communicated with I felt went the extra mile to understand my needs and assist. Goods were delivered quickly and customer service followed up to ensure it met requirements and I was happy. Absolutely amazing service. I will use again and will happily share my experience with them. Thank you Cater-quik !

I ordered a bar fridge for our work tuck shop. This arrived promptly two days later, but without plastic strapping and as we carried it up stairs we struggled as the outer packaging kept sliding up off the fridge so we had to keep stopping to reset. That didn't seem quite right. Unfortunately when we unpacked it we found it was damaged at the top and bottom of the door. Now it's at times like this you find out how good a supplier is. To be fair they sent out a replacement, this time on their own van, and uplifted the damaged unit. As it was late in the week we had to wait until Monday but when the new unit was delivered it was palleted and strapped. So it seems DX dropped it at some point and wrecked the packaging and damaged the unit. The replacement is fine and was installed and in use the same day.

Ordered a part and got a very nice courtesy call next day to say the product was with the delivery company and would be with me in 1 to 2 days. Thank goodness I thought as our glass washer in our little bar is out of action. Five days later I’m told they have even sent it. No explanation. Won’t be ordering from caterkwik again :(
