Stay away — this agency is a scam! I’m writing this based on my own terrible experience. This agency does not have the tickets they advertise on their website. After you pay, they call you to say your ticket is “not available” and try to sell you a more expensive one instead. If you refuse, they tell you that you can’t cancel and you will lose the money you paid — they hide behind their “policy” even though they never actually had the ticket in the first place. The so-called good reviews are fake — don’t trust them. Look at how they answer complaints on Google Reviews: it’s always the same copy-paste reply, but in reality they do nothing to help you. When you call, it’s always the same rude person on the phone, making excuses or pressuring you to pay more. They have zero respect for customers. In my case, I ended up paying four times more than I planned, all because of their lies and horrible service. This is a scam, fraud, fake — do not book with them. Save yourself time, money, and stress: book directly with an airline or a reputable agency.

Actually booking with TravelJunction was pretty good. Kevin called me to confirm some details, and sort out some return travel which was very helpful, and the confirmations after payment came through very swiftly. He was genuinely very helpful and responded to my emails really quickly after payment was made. For this experience I'm pretty pleased. Thanks.

Terrible experience — avoid this agency! I booked a round-trip ticket through this travel agency, choosing specific flights for both departure and return. They called me to confirm the outbound flight but told me they couldn’t secure my original return flight unless I paid more for a different one. I insisted on the flight I booked, and they claimed I would be on a waiting list but needed to accept the more expensive return option for now and “ask the airline to change it later” — which was completely misleading. They never contacted me again to clarify that I didn’t actually have a valid return ticket. My reservation code changed twice between different airlines, which caused a lot of confusion. A day before my return, I discovered that my ticket only covered the outbound flight — the return flight simply didn’t exist. When I called the agency in a panic, they offered me a new ticket for four days later at an even higher price. In the end, I had to buy a last-minute ticket directly from the airline for $860 just to get home, which ruined my budget. Their website advertises tickets that do not exist and they make up for it by offering other flights with extended layovers or higher prices. Their communication and customer support are terrible — they never called or emailed me to inform me properly about my missing ticket. I thought I would save money but ended up paying four times more. I do not recommend this agency to anyone — book directly with the airline instead and spare yourself the stress and extra cost.
