I booked a multi-city trip around America through Travel Center just over a year ago, and I want to share my fantastic experience with Scott, the travel agent who assisted us. Initially I was a bit apprehensive about using Travel Center, especially when we had a whole year from booking to actually travelling. While I’d heard of them, I’d seen some negative reviews on social media which made me unsure if I was making the right choice for such an expensive trip. However, the positive reviews on Trustpilot helped me decide to proceed. From the very start, Scott put me completely at ease. He took the time to understand our needs and tailored the holiday perfectly to suit us. Even up until the week before our trip, Scott was happy to accommodate amendments, including extending our stay, without any hassle. We returned a couple of weeks ago, and I can honestly say it was a trip of a lifetime. Scott’s outstanding customer service, eagerness to help, and attention to detail made all the difference. I would definitely use Travel Center again thanks to his excellent support. The gamble of using Travel Center definitely paid off for us personally. Thank you, Scott, for making our dream holiday a reality!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Travel Center to anyone they are outstanding. From the minute you book they are available to help all the way and I know how important that can be especially when booking online. We booked a wonderful holiday to Dubai, Singapore and Bali with one of their Consultants, Roger Maxwell. Roger was so knowledgeable and helpful and we cannot thank him enough for making all the arrangements needed to make our holiday so special. So much so that we've just contacted Roger again to plan and book our next holiday knowing that everything will be taken care of as if we were booking it ourselves. You really do get a personal service. If you are thinking about booking with this Company think no more. Get it booked you wont regret it. Prices are amazing and service is top quality. Ask for Roger he'll take all the stress away from you and offer you great hotels and flights and all you will need to do is pack and turn up on the day!!!!

South Korea to Japan cruise Lauren was great help and always at the end of an email or phone call. Any issues I had she sorted promptly and efficiently and our holiday went smoothly and without any problems.
