WORK DONE: We had a substantial rear extension, completely new kitchen, new utility room & remodelling of old conservatory into family dining area. Nick, Josh, Glen & the team were always on time, always polite and they always updated us as the project progressed. The project remained within the original price estimates which Totus created, with intermittent, manageable bills presented as things progressed so that money could be ring-fenced & paid. We didn't knew any building companies having only recently moved to this area, so we went on the many many positive comments & customer recommendations following an enquiry on a Facebook page. We've seen lovely photos previous happy customers of Totus sent us of the work they had done, and felt that personal recommendations were the BEST way to get a quality building Co whose work would be of the highest standards. We did have to wait a few months for the work to commence as Totus are in demand, but they limit the number of jobs they take on as they don't over commit themselves, to avoid any possibilities of customers being let down. We would 100% secure this Co for future building & remodelling work of any kind (we have a garage project in the pipelines!).
