I had to renew to a 2nd generation ridge tile as the one Kier suppossed to be Builders installed leaked water

Bought a house from Tillia (previously kier living) 2.5 years ago. Shower was leaking within a couple of months of moving in and yet still today they are yet to come out to resolve. Spoken to the company dozens of times and constantly keep getting told someone will contact me to arrange the appointment and as I say 2.5 years in and still nothing. Expect to buy a half done house and to get the remaining works or issues resolved yourself. Put your hard earned money with a company that runs effectively.

I have been trying for over two weeks to arrange a viewing at one of this company's developments; no one ever answers the phone nor responds to email requests, and it seems their head office is just the same. Fine. If you don't want my money, I'll happily take it elsewhere.
