Tiger Sheds prides itself on offering quality products and services except when it comes the quality products and services. I ordered a very expense Tiger Tool Tower that has taken 3 months to arrive only to find out they forgot to include the 2 roof panels. That’s ok I thought I’ll call them and let them know, well that’s taken 2 weeks without any more information as to how we can get the roof we paid for. The Customer support Team told us they would look into it. Yet still days later we hear nothing. So now I have a shed without a roof and absolutely no customer support, just how this company exists is beyond me.

First impressions not great. Just received an apex shed and quality of workmanship is poor. Whole row of missing nails, wood splitting, multiple pieces chipped including small stuff like shelves. They can’t hang a door square. Can’t cut a straight line, and must know what they are shipping because defects are so obvious. It is not a quality product despite what the website says so very unimpressed. Will be taking photos and sending on to customer service but expect them to be hopeless based on one call today. Oh dear Ok, so after calling them again got a refund for the shelves which was the correct thing for them to do since they were not fit for purpose. Left feedback on rest of quality issues

Half way through building. Door panel was 2 inches taller than the rest of walls and in different timber. Sent all the wrong wall panels out with my order. Customer services said I have to wait another two weeks for a full replacement and I have to disassemble and store all the parts and give them back when receive THE ACTUAL SHED I ORDERED. Otherwise they won't give me the replacement and would charge me for ANY missing parts. My client now has to store this in their garden for 2 weeks. And I have to spend another day building the right shed for them ant my expense. Offered absolutely nothing in terms of compensation. Would I use them again? You couldn't pay me to. Shocking customer service. DO NOT USE THEM. Garbage company.
