I found this site by chance as I was looking for a specific nomination charm that my local stockist didn’t have. This company had the charm I wanted plus I bought three others. I ordered them on 5 June at 1039 and they were delivered on 6 June at 1022. Fantastic service. And I got discount and free delivery. My local stockist definitely doesn’t do that. I’ll definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to a few people. They sent me some Haribo with my order which I thought was a ‘sweet’ touch 😂

A perfect example of how to lose an order, wanted to have the name of my recently deceased dog in nomination £184 in total but their website wouldn't let you just browse the charms had to keep redirecting you to offers and discounts. So after the 4th charm hit the basket it pissed me off and they lost the sale, if you want to give a discount great do it at the beginning or the end and let people shop. Your loss

Terrible quality and awful customer service. Feel scammed! We purchased a gold chain from T H Baker via The Jewel Hut, and it broke twice within six months. The first time, they repaired it free of charge, but it took two months to get it back. It then broke AGAIN so we requested a refund, but they refused—only offering another repair after inspection and determining it was a manufacturing fault (hard to trust their opinion after the experience so far). I didn’t buy a gold chain just for it to spend more time being repaired than worn. Do not buy here.
