I’ve been a loyal customer for a while but never had to return anything until recently. I bought a pair of earrings and a bracelet as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately, due to the type of piercing she has, the earrings weren’t suitable (she has a larger piercing hole, so she couldn’t wear them and told me immediately without even trying them on). When I went back to the store with the gift box and a gift receipt, I want to exchange for something else. I was immediately shut down with, “No, you can’t return earrings – it’s hygiene and policy.” The attitude was unfriendly, and I felt it was unfair. When I bought the items at the store, the staff knew they were a gift but never mentioned that earrings are non-returnable. There was also no clear sign in-store and nothing stated on the receipt. I’ve bought earrings from other brands, where returns are allowed, so I had no idea to expect otherwise here. After spending a lot with this brand in the past, I’m very disappointed with how I was treated and won’t be shopping here again. At the very least, the store should clearly inform customers of this policy at the point of sale and display it visibly to avoid this situation.

I visited the Brighton shop in June and the shop and jewellery was lovely and I ended up buying quite a few pairs of earrings. When I got home I noticed the clasp on one of the Huggies hoops wouldn’t click into place so I emailed them and received no reply. 2 month laters I went to Brighton (as I live quite far away) and thought I would pop in with the jewellery in hopes for a refund or exchange, but the customer service was very cold, and both women in there made it seem like it was too much effort to deal with it, they weren’t very helpful and after a back and forth said I could exchange them for a different pair of earrings. The next morning when I got home I went to put my new earrings in and the hoop completely broke into two. I was in disbelief how easily it broke and realised then that there was no point me wasting my time trying to sort this out and drive back to Brighton to exchange it again! so lesson learnt never buy jewellery from here, the customer service is shocking, it’s clearly made of cheap materials and the earrings I did buy originally that I kept have all tarnished and made my ears gone green!!

An absolute beautiful jewellery shop! Me and my boyfriend were passing when we decided to pop in, the shop itself is absolutely beautiful, decorated is such a glorious and bespoke way. The jewellery is stunning, giving you that delicate and elegant design and feeling without the price tag. I myself bought two stunning rings which look straight out of a Hollywood movie and my boyfriend bought me my Christmas presents!!! The staff were amazing, so lovely and passionate for the brand. Definitely recommend a visit and will be returning continuously!
