If you got into a margin call, good luck, they will take no time (they tell you you have 30 mins, but then there is no one to reach out to on Sunday for futures margin call) to get your bank account emptied. Charles Schwab is a way better platform

They will try to nicks and dime you. Very poor customer service from the broker side. Nasty! UNFRIENDLY USER. DIFFICULT TO SEE YOUR ACCOUNT!

I've noticed poor communication, an arrogance - speaking down like when calling with questions, last Thursday I called to question why 3 of my nine positions were remotely closed, an individual named Andy said thier was risk on underlying, I said how, he didn't respond, I asked for a manager, he refused, saying exactly why do we need a manager. I also learned through this experience they know exactly who is who when calling, I've previously been hung up on or met with extreme hold times like it was deliberately....they claim they were just short staffed but when I questioned the action last Thursday Andy didn't even verify my account credentials....I called there within seconds of observing a remote close....coincidentally the next day I deliberately had the same open position and he didn't do it. I've also noticed you can literally be in profit have a limited order to buy back a put or call for pennies.....and they have your account set to display not enough funds to close.....it's so ridiculous I took screen shots.....I mean closing an option you sold for 50 bucks and buying it back for 25 cents. I believe they remotely make errors or maybe on purpose on the back end to your account, and may be over aggressive on smaller accounts as well.
