Absolutely horrible experience as a first time customer! Called to change an appointment booked online, was told this would not be a problem, and repeated the new appointment time THREE TIMES on that same phone call to confirm. I arrive 15 minutes early and am told they could not find the appointment in their system, saying that there was a note indicating I cancelled my new appointment time online. Which I had absolutely not done! I left work to attend the appointment! Absolutely no apology or offer of an alternative solution. I will certainly not be returning due to this exceptional lack of professionalism and will be telling others to avoid this place at all costs. An apology would have gone a long way, instead of acting like a potential client is an inconvenience. *** I appreciate the formal apology but unfortunately cannot change my rating. Although security cameras were apparently reviewed, it seems there was no audio because I was made aware of the water situation at that time - followed by a completely blank stare by the receptionist with no offer of an appointment change. After several seconds of silence, and clearly no solution to be offered, I left. The entire encounter had to be at least two minutes - I did not speed away as insinuated.

Amazing! Katrina is super cool and talented! She understood exactly what I envisioned for my hair and recommended products that elevated my desired style! Amazing service and vibe! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!
