I took my niece to your salon to get her hair coloured on 9 January. On Initial consultation, we were quoted £153 (£137 for colour/highlights and £16 for quick dry). We were happy with the price so we returned with an appointment. However, on the day when showing the same photos and same colour and highlights requirement, Stevie gave us a quote of £221, so we were surprised with inconsistency. As it has surpassed her budget, we decided not to do highlights, then we were quoted £108 without highlights. When the hair colour was done, we noticed lines across both sides of hair. When we raised it, Stevie commented how it will fade after couple washes. However, since my niece will be travelling, she won't be back to fix if the line does not fade. Stevie refused to fix and insisted that it would fade after a few washes. He was aggressive and lacked empathy when speaking with us. Since no resolution was reached by speaking with Stevie, I asked to speak to the manager Emma. Stevie returned after speaking with the manager, he asked to wash my niece's hair hoping it would fade. After the washing process, unfortunately the lines were still there.... In the end, we agreed on a discount as the salon refused to fix the lines across the hair. Steve asked me to send an email to customer service get further refund. I emailed customer service on 15 January and chased on 19 Jan, but no reply still….

Stuart took care of me today. He was absolutely lovely, same with the all the other staff working today. They offer snacks and whatever drinks you’d like creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I got the exact hair colour and style I wanted. I’ve always had issues with other places that didn’t see my vision but I’ve finally found a place that has creative and experienced hairdressers. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I want to do any touch ups or switch things up. I’d definitely recommend this place to all :) thanks for the wonderful time!!!

Had my blow dry done by Joe for my graduation day and he was amazing! Super friendly, made me feel at ease, and his attention to detail was spot on. The style lasted all day and looked perfect in every photo. He’s clearly very talented would definitely recommend!
