We’re a small family-run urgent care. We tried doing all billing in-house, but overdue balances stacked up. Patients either ignored us or made empty promises. My office manager reached out to Southwest Recovery. They were direct but not aggressive. They walked us through the laws, handled communication, and recovered accounts we thought were long gone. Best part—they treated our patients like humans, not numbers.

Andre was very professional and a good Texas Man. His job is hard and everyone he talks too only tries to ignore him, but he does it with compaction. He was he very helpful and showed warmth in trying to help. Thanks

This is the worst business we've ever dealt with. They don't reply to anything. They have no success in collecting any money. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Brenn Morrow is the worst, a condescending and petty little guy. The accountant Pat Harris has is a ghost. We have many thousands of properties under management. I will make sure to tell other property management firms not to use this firm ever.
