Absolutely love these hypoallergenic studs! I’ve struggled with irritation and discomfort from earrings in the past, but these have been a game-changer. No irritation, no poking—just pure comfort! I even had a piercing bump that has noticeably improved since switching to these studs. On top of that, the customer service is amazing—super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

I've always suffered with sore ears when wearing earrings . I recently had my second and third lobe piercings and wanted earrings that I could just leave in but won't irritate me. I'm SO glad I found Solace!! They have so may different options and styles and at such a reasonable price! I opted for titanium for extra comfort and I'm so very pleased. My ears feel very comfortable, the soreness has gone and they look beautiful. Will definitely be a returning customer!!

Awful customer service . They sent me the wrong size earrings to what were ordered and that were needed for my holiday due to the length . I contacted them and was offered a refund or a replacement sent . I asked for a refund as it was too late to get the replacement for holiday and then another customer service rep said I needed to return the wrong earrings in return for the refund despite me being on holiday ( and solace being at fault ) and them not being able to re sell them as they have been opened ( I’d hope they aren’t planning to re sell them due to hygiene regardless of them being used they aren’t in a box like a jewellery shop where you can tell whether they are used or not . Definetly will not be ordering from here again which is a shame as I have made many previous purchases with them not only because of customer service but the fact they are possibly reselling opened items .
