I recently attended park rock Bexley tribute concert, I had a great time, well organised! acts, drinks, food,fun fair, security and toilets all good. I got tickets for £10 so great value for money.

Bought a ticket to ice skating in winter market in Glasgow. Due to some issues, the ice skating rink is not opened. I asked for refund through email, but the default is the ticket won't be refunded if the event organizer doesn't reply to my message. It's unfair. Considering I also sent video proof that the event is closed, and sending the complain within the event duration.

Bought tickets to see The Jacksons at Barton Aerodrome. When checking info about the venue it clearly said we were not allowed to bring chairs - which was an issue for us as two of our party have mobility issues. We were told that, if we upgraded to VIP (at an extra £34 per head) there would be 'some seating'... and so we paid for the upgrade. On arrival at the venue, there were hundreds of people who HAD brought chairs. Had we been told that, actually, you can bring chairs, we would not have paid for the VIP upgrade. Skiddle and the organisers (JBM Music) are refusing to acknowledge my complaint / issue a refund. Very poor communication / incorrect information and total lack of regard for customers.
