Please DO NOT book tickets using an offer code. The prices get inflated and then dropped when the offer code has expired. I contacted the absolutely terrible customer service team who confirmed that prices fluctuate in line with their offers and as such I could use my insurance which cost £50.00 to get the new lower price. The insurance is then cancelled and you can buy it again for another £50! Buyer beware, look elsewhere and stop this awful company from trading in this way.

Be mindful that their "payment protection" can only be used once. It does not state this anywhere. If you book tickets for multiple parks you're only covered for 1 adjustment. There is no option to buy cover for separate parks and neither can you buy more cover once its been used. We now have tickets with no protection despite having bought it initially after making an adjustment to our other park tickets. And so far no one has provided me with any legitimate response and shown me where it states this in their very basic terms and conditions.

Got a good deal on Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party and Halloween Horror Night tickets. Tickets were sent the next day by email however I missed them as they went to my junk, when I emailed about this I had a reply extremely quickly and they resent my tickets. I have linked both tickets to my Disney Experience and Universal App no problem. I am very pleased with the service and would use them again!
