My order got stuck in the mail, so it took nearly two months to receive the order. While that is not Silvertowne’s fault, I felt that their customer service was hit-or-miss. However, I was pleased with the product, particularly with a medallion that I ordered with custom engraving.

Never have I walked in a coin shop been lied to, spoke to and disrespected so poorly!! Was told one think in messenger, only to be lied to after my 2 hour drive!!! Made me a cash offer after saying they would not without having coin graded etc. Female employee was nothing but rude, disrespectful liar! It’s definitely real well offer you $$$. But Na we won’t wait til after it’s sent out NOW that we see it.

They fail to charge the correct amount on multiple orders. Instead of providing a link to pay the reaming tax, I had to call multiple times because no one would reply to my emails inquiring about this. Won’t ever do business with them again. Just not worth the hassle.
