From our first visit to the Silke showroom, we knew this was the only place that we wanted to get our kitchen from. Sandy was very personable and helpful from the outset; he is extremely knowledgeable and we really liked the fact that Silke focus solely on Leicht, the brand we had our heart set on. We did visit a couple of other showrooms but once we quickly decided that Silke Kitchens' style and way of doing business was right for us, we started the whole design process. Sandy and Jordan were brilliant to work with - they combined our personal tastes with their own suggestions and creative ideas to eventually achieve a layout/design that we all loved. Of course, the whole process involved multiple iterations and tweaks along the way but nothing was too much trouble for Sandy and Jordan. They worked with our builders to ensure everything was perfect and were flexible on timelines, wherever possible. The level of customer service was outstanding with Jordan and/or Sandy always being available to answer questions, to field concerns and to provide regular updates. The advice on appliances was also spot on and as we hadn't previously considered Siemens appliances, we are very grateful for the recommendations that the guys provided. If you are looking for good honest people to remodel and supply your kitchen, look no further. They know what they're doing and when things don't quite go to plan, there are no feeble excuses, just a willingness to take responsibility and fix the problem. It's worth mentioning that the kitchen fitter (Richard) showed incredible workmanship and skill when fitting our kitchen and takes upmost pride in his work. My wife and I built up a really good relationship with Sandy and Jordan through the project and we really could not be happier with our new kitchen; it is perfect. Thank you!

The after sales service is extremely poor. My kitchen is less than 2 years old and the door hinges are already coming off. No service to come and fix it, only vides of DIY… I’ve been asked to pay for someone to come and fix it!!!
