I have to say when I found the business I was skeptical due to other reviews. I want to say after my entire experience and having used the Renegade Light camo unit for a month or more I am extremely satisfied. We have 28 acres in the Ouachita National forest and we have had record rains in the last month and a half. It has mudded its way everywhere without issue. Except now I need mud flaps. :) This renegade light is the perfect lightweight utv for a small farm. I pull a 5x8 trailer and the battery lasts the full work day. Wonderful machine. The best part is that driving in the woods is basically silent. Allowing me to enjoy the beauty and the sounds of the forest.

Buy at your own risk. #1 Mistake, my aging parents bought the Coco Coupe from Safer Wholesale/Great Sports over the phone. #2 The company had a delivery driver bring the coupe over 238 miles to our house. The delivery driver snagged the wires under the coupe when he was unloading it, and cut the wires. The Coupe wasn't running correctly due to this damage. So we contacted the company. #3 Almost 3 weeks later, they had another Coupe delivered to replace the damaged one. This Coupe that was delivered was not new and had damage to the plug-in outlet and a seat that was broke. #4 After going back and forth with the company through emails and phone calls for over a month trying to get them to honor the warranty on this new coupe, the company stated they would send us the parts to fix it ourselves. They sent the parts, and we had to struggle to have them put them on correctly. The parts didn't line up, and many alterations had to be made. We still weren't satisfied with the unit and asked to return it. #5 We offered to pay the shipping one time to have the coupe sent back and our money refunded. At first they stated that we would have to pay over $3,000 in shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Shortly after that, their story changed to them not accepting returns at all. #5 The person we were dealing with advised us to sell it to someone locally and try to get as much of our money back out of it as we could ourselves. #6 9 months later and with only 3 miles on the machine, we attempted to hook up the batteries after winter and sparks began to fly everywhere. Again we called the company to let them know what was wrong with the cart, and they offered to send us pictures to locate a fuse, but they never got in contact with us again. #7 We are sorry we ever got involved with this company, and hope you can learn from our experience so you don't have to be sorry too.

We purchased a golf cart that arrived and was not even close to what was advertised. Their website offers return policies but they refused to take it back. Their customer service was rude and combative. Don’t buy a Coco Coupe, cheap product, rattles and battery life is less than 30 miles. As to the owner's response that this is 100% false, I have recorded phone calls that complied with your return policy and we even offered to pay the shipping cost. Your team said they can get a better price on shipping and we would only incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to the shipping cost. When we called to follow up after not hearing anything on a ship date, your team informed us there are no returns and if they did agree the cost would be more than 1/2 the purchase price. 5/15- And as expected no calls have been received to resolve this matter. BUYER BEWARE!!
