WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! Let me start off with the only positive, the two men who were working on the tills. Laughing and smiling making people's days, the following does not apply to you. Visited Go Outdoors before it was closing time, and I was shocked at how the workers etiquette. This seemed to only really be a problem with the younger members of staff. I went in the shop 15 minutes before closing, understandably, it was close to closing, but I already knew what I was about to buy and was meant to be a quick in and out. I was greeted by a staff member, lying to me saying that they were closing in 3 minutes. No hello, No what are you looking for, essentially just telling me to get out now. If the shop is meant to stay open until 6pm, why would you lie saying it closes at 5:48? Once I was in the store, I was continually pestered and followed around by staff members telling me that I needed to hurry up and leaving because they are closing, just causing me unnecessary stress and stopping me from focussing on the very basic task at hand. On top of this, they were watching me like a hawk, following me when I went towards the back of the store. Not Impressed out. Customer service needs to be worked on.

A very big thank you to Sean for being so helpful and patient in advising me as to the best pair of boots for my needs. He did this with a lovely smile and wasn't happy until I'd had a good walk around to make doubly sure the fit and feel was correct. The store is very well laid out and they have a great selection of items to choose from. I can highly recommend a visit here. Thank you once again.

Came here for its click-and-collect service so didn't see much of the shop. The staff were very helpful and obliging. It was let down a bit by the service itself as it only gave you one day to pick up the package, instead of the expected week. As such, we had to re-organise our plans and rush there after work, which wasn't the greatest experience.
