Review Title: Avoid HotGolfUK – Sold Me Faulty FlightScope Mevo, Refused Refund, Terrible Service! Review Body: I purchased a FlightScope Mevo launch monitor from HotGolfUK and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The unit I received is completely faulty—every time I tried to use it, the device failed with red and blue lights indicating a hardware error, just as confirmed by the official FlightScope documentation. Despite reaching out to HotGolfUK multiple times with clear descriptions of the problem and evidence that the product is defective, I’ve been ignored, stonewalled, and given the runaround. They just keep avoiding my refund requests and refuse to acknowledge their responsibility as a seller. It’s been weeks, I’m still waiting, and my money ($800 AUD) is basically being held hostage. HotGolfUK seems more interested in conning customers out of their hard-earned money than actually providing honest support or honoring their warranty. The customer service is non-existent once they’ve taken your payment. Absolutely appalling experience—I strongly advise others to stay away from this seller. If you value your money and want peace of mind, do NOT buy from HotGolfUK. Summary: Sold a faulty unit, ignored all evidence. No real customer support or willingness to help. Refused refund for a clear-cut case. Lost $800 AUD and still fighting for basic consumer rights. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. HotGolfUK are happy to leave customers out of pocket and frustrated. Buyer beware!
