Lyndsay is a hair expert, colouring magician and the overall best hairdresser I have ever had the pleasure of trusting my hair with. I used to have shortish brittle hair. It has been resurrected and it’s in the best shape ever now.

I had a less-than-pleasant experience here. I visited the place yesterday for the keratin smoothing treatment and an haircut. Firstly the keratin treatment, their so called kerasilk, it wasn’t applied evenly and ironed properly. It lacked attention to detail. The stylist’s approach seemed rushed and haphazard, the lack of precision made it evident once my hair dried. The promised smoothness and manageability were nowhere to be found. I was left wondering if the proper techniques and products were used, given the underwhelming results. Additionally, the stylist’s lack of communication about the process and aftercare left me feeling uninformed and somewhat abandoned. Would have appreciated more transparency in terms of post treatment care and maintenance. I experienced discomfort due to rough handling and pulling my hair by the scissors which led to a rather uncomfortable and painful experience giving me horrible headache. My hair was pulled and tugged, and it was so unprofessional, what should have been a pleasant pampering experience. The haircut was far from what I wanted. I was also surprised to find that no serum or protective product was used after the final wash, before applying heat to my hair. To make the matters worse, I was shocked to find that the final cost after the service was significantly higher (£290) than the initial quoted price at the time of booking (£161). Are you kidding me?!! This left me blindsided and disappointed. I had budgeted based on the initial quote. This raised questions about the transparency and honesty of the salon’s pricing and practices. This is called DAY LIGHT ROBBERY! Was the service worth the price? DEFINITELY NOT! It was not even worth paying for! All in all, the experience was terrible, so traumatic what more than my words can describe. It left me with hair that was in worse condition than when I arrived. And I felt like I was simply being rushed through the service. It’s just so hard to find a good salon these days. This experience was more like paying to get tortured and I wish I could sue them. This has unfortunately made me hesitant to return to this salon nor suggesting my friends or family. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS HELL!
