This is some text inside of a div block.
This company is probably just a reflection of its customers, i currently have a debt which i do not understand and they are dreadful, rude, threatening, i have been threatened with an arrest (29/07/2025) by a Mr Boyes, sounded young and i pray he doesnt have to go through this kind of distress one day himself. I wonder how people get so heartless and i do hope to get my refund from my referer's(dont know what to call them). I couldnt even get the right reference numbers, how do you enforce without knowing how to do it right? Im still shaken and i pray no other person especially law abiding gies through this 😭

This company don’t care if you can afford to pay or not! Originally told no payment plan so I ignored them. Then eventually sent me threats etc. called them to set up payment and was told no as the letter had been sent out and I was out of time (I didn’t get the letter for more than 7 days). They said to set up payment plan I’d have to lapse and add £75 charge or pay 50% of the balance in one hit! I couldn’t afford to do that so had to lapse and now made debt bigger. Plus they wouldn’t accept an affordable amount monthly leaving me short. They couldn’t give a c r a p about people, just getting more money.

Absolutely shocking company, I've been trying for 2 months to make give them my actual address so they wouldn't keep visiting the wrong house and adding changes, told them I'm unemployed and could only pay £5 per week... the response was i had to pay £175 per month otherwise agents would visit....TO THE WRO G ADDRESS AND ADD MORE CHANGES.... had an email late Tuesday evening demanding a payment plan starting the following day for £15 per week (I didn't have the money available that quickly) Thursday morning i had another email saying the agreement had been cancelled and full payment had to be made! The customer portal seems to be a portal to another dimension as no one ever replys...... shocking to say I've chased them to try and sort the problem out.
