I had an excellent experience with customer service thanks to Johnny! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Johnny went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident and satisfied with the outcome. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but Johnny definitely does. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend—thank you, Johnny!

I work at a small, family owned mechanic shop named 1 Stop Automotive in Frankfort, KY. Ms. Sherry Stivers came to our previously scheduled appointment and was very knowledgeable about the processing products Riverside Payments offered. She was wonderful!!! We had a great time while she also helped our business save money. We look forward to using their services and are completely satisfied with how Sherry took care of us and took her time to explain any questions we had. Thank you so much!!!

A very persistent sales person came into our restaurant multiple times. They spoke with my son. He’s not legally able to sign anything they told him he needed the bank info to see if we qualified for a certain program. Unfortunately, my son fell for it ,He was told that could try it no strings attached no contract . Long story short they sent the equipment after a few weeks. I looked deeper into it once I could finally take the time and said we did not want it. My son has spent the last 2 1/2 weeks trying to cancel it, He was informed that we are locked in for 48 months. This is unacceptable. We have not opened the box we do not want to use it. Spent an hour and a half on the phone just to be told that somebody might call me back today or Monday. This seems pretty shady. It’s a bummer they’re targeting small businesses. Hopefully this will get resolved. If not, I’ll be joining the other people on here in a lawsuit.
