Reviews Summary

Overall, sentiment toward Precision Public Adjusting is mixed, with customers highlighting positive outcomes such as insurance settlements and roof replacements. Many reviewers note the company's ability to navigate complex claims and advocate for clients, especially when individual project managers like Jake, Scott, Amanda, or Nicholas are mentioned by name. However, significant criticism emerges regarding poor communication and lengthy delays, with multiple reviewers describing inconsistent updates and difficulty reaching staff members.

Frequent themes include the essential role of strong project managers and effective advocacy in claim success. Customers often report positive results after extended timelines, crediting specific employees for resolution and support. Nonetheless, complaints about unreturned calls, lack of progress updates, and shifting contact personnel are repeatedly raised, undermining confidence in the firm’s reliability throughout the claims process.

In summary, Precision Public Adjusting is recognized for successfully helping clients secure insurance settlements for roof and property damage, especially in complex cases. The company’s reputation in Georgia and related regions is impacted by recurring issues with communication and follow-through. Trust tends to correlate with the attentiveness of individual staff rather than the consistency of organizational processes.

I had been fighting to hold the insurance company accountable to replace my roof for over a year. Marcus, of Ridgeview roofing company connected us with Precision adjusting and they fought 5 months to have insurance company fully replace our roof. The roofing company that they work with did a great job and we’re very professional. Thank you for your assistance!

Precision Public Adjusting worked hard to get me approved for a full roof replacement. My project manager made the process very smooth and stress-free. The team kept me informed of everything involved in the process. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Thank you!!

We had some widespread wind damage to our roof last year resulting in a large number of damaged shingles. Our roofer deemed it not repairable (due to existing shingle integrity) and State Farm disagreed and said each individual shingle can be replaced. We hired PPA to help sort through the noise, since I was led to believe they could fight the insurance agency with legal policy language rather than just industry knowledge-how, and thought it was a good sign when they reviewed our case file and decided to take us on. (Sept 2024) Whether it be due to State Farm dragging their feet or otherwise, the process was very slow. It took 2 months for PPA to come inspect the roof with State Farm (Nov 2024), then another 2ish months for PPA to redo a repairability assessment (Feb 2025). At the time of initial inspection, the PPA contractor seemed to give me a good indication that we were in the right, but I decided to wait for further confirmation from the project manager, and this is where my main grievance lies. Throughout the process, other than automated texts that someone was coming to our property for the inspection or repair ability assessment, we heard NOTHING from PPA. No updates from my project manager on what was going on, and attempts to call were usually left with their automated system or “your PM is at lunch” almost regardless of the time of day. It was only by my calling that I realized our PM had departed sometime in March 2025, and that our case had been shuffled, but even then, the varying people I talked to always promised to do something or communicate at some point and always failed to hold to it. In the end (May 2025), we were told PPA agreed that the roof was repairable (which would have been nice to know months ago when they did the repairability assessment) albeit with mismatched color shingles (since Georgia is a no-match state apparently). I asked if they had any roofers they could recommend to do the repair, since my roofer and other companies we’ve talked to won’t touch it and fittingly they told me they would provide a list and again, failed to provide one. My review isn’t based on the outcome necessarily (although I am disappointed). It’s for the total lack of communication throughout the process, which makes it hard to tell if they ever intended to fight for us or if they just decided our case wasn’t worth it after our original PM left. If you value timely communication and feeling like your claim matters, I highly recommend steering clear of this company. I’ve been since told they’ve taken a bit of a dip on their sterling reputation in the recent past. Wish we could have the 7 months back to give another PA firm a chance to fight for us.
