The call went well and I was supported throughout the entire process. The team was friendly, patient, and really took the time to listen and understand my needs. I felt reassured and confident moving forward thanks to their clear communication and professionalism. I really appreciate the level of care and attention they provided — highly recommend! Zaaidah supported me and she was very helpful.

Terrible, shambles of a company. I have been waiting over 3 years since my car accident to have this finalised. I received one block of physiotherapy then had to chase and wait for a very long time for the recommended extra block of sessions that were needed from another physiotherapist. Back in October last year I had a court date where I had booked the day off work for. I rang the day before to confirm and they said it was going ahead, only to be told later on that evening that it was now cancelled. The person at the time had forgotten to pay the court fee therefore we are now still waiting for a new court date. I am emailing and chasing this every few weeks. I have asked to speak to the manager and they never call me back. Now looking into taking this to an ombudsman or Martin Lewis as getting nowhere fast. I have never claimed for anything in my life but was injured and needed treatment that was ongoing. The AA recommended this firm and when asked for their advice they were rude and washed their hands, therefore I have stopped insurance with the AA as a result.

Meghan , was absolutely brilliant so helpful and calming and helpful, never had such an understanding and as treated me so well. Her professionalism was on a different league I would definitely recommend this company
