Worst experience ever from this company, which has mismanaged, given wrong advice, forgotten to send paperwork, omitted essential details from paperwork and wasted months of my life and pension. Almost 6 months and still no sight of my pension fund. Originally requested a pension transfer with Pension Bee with a 'beekeeper' named Sophie. I completed all the required tasks, filled out all the necessary forms, and provided all the necessary details. The rest, they said, was up to them. I then waited, and waited, and waited. After almost three months without any change, I followed up on my transfer and was told that I needed to contact my pension fund and complete the online forms on their website. I'm assuming that would never have told me unless I asked. After I finished the forms, I waited, and waited, and waited. Another two months passed, and I contacted them again. Pension Bee told me that they had approached my previous fund and that I just needed to wait. I then contacted my previous fund, who told me that Pension Bee had not completed the forms correctly and had left out their bank account number, so my previous fund had nowhere to send the money. I was also told that Pension Bee had been told this some time ago and had not responded. When I told PensionBee this, they practically said, 'Whoops, we'll get on to it'. They then sent me another form to fill out with even more details that they forgot to include. Then, I waited, and waited, and waited. I threatened to write this review and was contacted by a manager (who suddenly got involved) and was told... you guessed it... to wait some more. This time, I was to wait only a week and ... no, I wouldn't get my money... but they would 'chase it up' again, which means more waiting. Avoid this company at all costs, who do not provide an efficient service. From their own admission, and through confirmation from my pension fund, Pension Bee is inept at completing paperwork, incompetent at following up, and inadequate in serving their client. As I have waited almost six months to pay this frozen fund into another investment, I have lost the money that this fund would have earned. And yet they will still charge me for the pleasure.

Started registration on their site. It then asked for details of previous pensions in order to complete registration. I wasn’t expecting this straight away and didn’t have it to hand. Now when I go to their site and click LOG IN the site asks me for my name, address, DOB and NINO then tells me there is already an account under those details - YES THATS THE ACCOUNT IM TRYING TO LOG IN TO!! Also tried logging in through the link on the EMAIL THEY SENT ME to complete registration - SAME THING. Further they are continually sending marketing emails. When I want to stop these emails it directs me to LOG IN to do so. Cycle repeats!!!! Contacted their customer service about this MULTIPLE TIMES, generic robot response suggesting I am clicking “register” rather than “log in” despite me explaining multiple times I am clicking log in or FOLLOWING THE LINK THEY LITERALLY SENT ME FOR THE ACCOUNT I OPENED. So as a reward for trying to register with pension bee I am left with useless email spam I CANNOT STOP and CANNOT COMPLETE THEIR REGISTRATION.

I consolidated 3 pension pots in to Pension Bee and the process was easy and simple. I recently went to pull down 25% after a number of years and again found the process simple. My only issue was the app was a little clunky but over all great service.
