I am trying to track down any potential lost pensions that my late father had paid into and thought that this company may be able to help, unfortunately, the processes they have behind the scenes do not allow for this unfortunately. I left a message on their answerphone yesterday evening and I received a call back from Sinead this morning. Sinead informed me of the above information but also offered alternative methods to be able to potentially track any lost pensions down. She was highly compassionate and is a credit to your team. Can't thank them enough for handling everything with an old pension of mine. They traced and got the transfer underway within weeks and within a couple of months it was with a new pension provider and making money. Went through a full assessment of my circumstances and my attitude to risk before choosing a provider that suited me. Its been with them for nearly 12 months now and I've since taken a couple of payments including my tax free lump sum which was such a simple process and took a matter of days before it was in my bank account. A simple email or phone call is all that's required with your instructions and they have actioned my requests within hours. Really can't thank them enough for sorting everything out for me and making it so stress free. Got my annual review booked with them at the end of the month to assess if I'm I'm happy with everything and that the current provider still suits my needs.
