OpenRoad Lending Reviews

I was looking into this company to refinance my vehicle. When I received an attachment of what my payments and length of loan would be for, I replied stating at this time the terms were not what I was looking for. I then received new options on how much I would save for 3 different options. While I appreciate the response it seemed to be quite vague and even though it stated in the email there was an attachment I didn’t find one. I decided to my research and check out reviews as I was unsure. I checked out both good and bad. While some were pleased with the process, the ones most concerning were customers refinance loans being sold to other companies, the owner coming off a little rude to some bad reviews and going as far as replying another potential customer’s current loan terms for everyone to see. I find it very unprofessional on the owner’s part, especially when it came to a review where the owner posted the individual’s current terms of their vehicle loan essentially trying to make that person look bad. With that being said I feel it makes the company as a whole look bad if an owner finds no problem posting a person’s current terms of their loan for EVERYONE to see in a reply. It doesn’t make me comfortable at all in wanting to do business with this company with those kind of replies to reviews. It makes me question what kind of experience I would have if I were to choose this company for refinancing. I believe there are good and bad to all loan and refinancing companies. It boils down what would be a deal breaker when checking out the reviews and in this case sharing someone else’s loan terms they currently have for everyone to see is a deal breaker for me. If the owner has no problem sharing that publicly in reply to a review, then what else is the owner willing to share when they probably shouldn’t? With this in mind, I can’t comfortably be a potential customer of this company.

The process was fast and easy! There was consistent communication from their representatives throughout the process! They lowered my car payment and now I will be saving money each month! I recommend it to anyone wanting to lower their monthly car payment.
