I have used One utility bill for a couple of years now and my experience was definitely very positive up until the last few months. Lately they intended to increase my Monthly bill with them by over 60%. I never received the email about this increase and when I was quoted the email I was supposed to receive, it had my old address on it. There were also some inconsistencies on my account where my subscription payments were randomly changed to one off payments for a few months. It was quite an effort to get information I asked for when contacting customer services. My experience up until this point with customer service was very good, they were prompt with their responses and felt like they were really paying attention to what was being asked. My theory is the company has grown a fair bit over the last couple of years and the members of staff are now dealing with too many customers simultaneously so the service feels it has dropped a little. One of the people I spoke to literally told me they were dealing with multiple customers so would take a while to respond and in the end was not able to appropriately respond to my query on top of the slow response rate. I feel for the members of staff, so I mean no bad will to them as I am sure they are trying their best given the circumstances. I have just arranged my cancellation today and spoke with Sam, who was very pleasant and helpful with the process. They were able to provide me with the information I had been contacting about the whole time. They were happy to offer me advice on getting choosing and getting set up with other providers and was reassuring the entire time. Up until lately I would have definitely given One utility bill a 5 star review. Although I still think they offer a good service overall, they do have some issues to iron out that can make the experience with them really stressful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided by this company when it comes to bills and utilities. They offer an incredibly efficient and stress-free way to manage household bills all in one place, with clear guidance, competitive rates, and excellent customer support. The entire process from switching suppliers to setting up packages was smooth and straightforward. A special shout out goes to Josh Andrews, who truly went above and beyond. I was having ongoing issues with my previous supplier, and Josh stepped in with patience, knowledge, and professionalism. He took the time to understand my situation, gave me honest advice, and supported me every step of the way until everything was sorted. His dedication and customer care were outstanding, and I genuinely appreciate everything he did. Highly recommend this company and if you get the chance to deal with Josh, you’re in great hands!
