Poor service. Emails are confusing for cancelling my plan. I received a horrid response after a complaint I processed in regards to cancelling, discussing they weren't taking my complaint seriously and they were never at fault. After 3 months I finally closed my account but had a battle to do so. I would never use this company again and unless you are 100% sure its what you want then dont bother because you will flight for ages to sort things out.

Staff very helpful. Had a problem filling in parts of the application form because I don’t have a landline and it wouldn’t accept my mobile number. The form states to put ‘ either ‘ a landline or a mobile, so this form needs addressing. Also where it asks to enter a password I didn’t get to as it got filled in automatically somehow.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Omni Capital Finance for the incredible support they gave me during a really difficult time. I was unable to work due to struggles with my mental health and found myself in a position where I couldn’t keep up with my loan repayments. When I reached out to explain, I was met with such kindness and understanding. Every person I spoke to was so lovely, empathetic, and non-judgmental — it made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. I’m sorry I can’t remember all of their names, but I do want to give a special mention to Rianne, the last person I spoke with. She was so efficient, patient, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across a finance company that treats people like people, especially during tough times, and I’m truly grateful for the support I received. Thank you again to the team at Omni Capital.
