I cannot recommend Off the Record highly enough! The app made what could have been a stressful and frustrating experience incredibly smooth and effortless. From the moment I submitted my ticket, the process was clear, professional, and unbelievably easy. Best of all, my ticket was completely dismissed! I barely had to lift a finger. Great experience! The app was recommended by a friend. My lawyer was really kind and communicative. They got my speeding ticket dismissed (no points), I didn't have to show up to court, and I only had a reasonable fine to pay. All in all, hiring a lawyer through Off The Record was cheaper than paying the original ticket and I won't have to worry about car insurance being impacted. Wish I knew about them sooner!

I contacted Off The Record about a parking ticket, and they quickly let me know that since it was a non-moving violation, it’d be better to just pay it (only around 50 bucks) since it wouldn’t impact my insurance. Then—without me even asking—they refunded my payment. In today’s world, that kind of honesty and service is rare. The consultation and advice were totally free. Very classy move. I’ll definitely be using them in the future—honestly, I feel like I owe them now. 5/5.
