What can I say but agree with all the people that have put 1star.. I am now over a year with regards to a personal injury claim as a result of a rta. The other driver took full responsibility. I have had to have physio and had a full medical report but because I have been passed onto so many handlers I don’t know how effective any have been in representing my claim as I am now facing court! I have now been told I have to provide 10 years of medical records to prove my case?! No idea who will be looking at them or their data protection policy! It has caused so much stress and anxiety and handlers don’t seem to give a damn about it. I think they are hopeless as it shouldn’t have come to litigation. Hardly any updates and the last handler who called sounded as if she was at home with her kids in the background! I will be taking this further to the ombudsman. I still wait in hope for justice in the meantime!

I wish I could give them 0 starts rating. This is my first ever claim and it has been almost 3 years with no outcome. The other driver admitted fault yet my case is on a waiting list waiting to passed to the litigation team for over a year now. When called up to ask for an update all I received was attitude, like I am bothering them and no update. Reading some of the reviews seems like once I reach a 3 year mark I will have to pay £150??? Ridiculous

Never had a claim before. This was my first and only time. At the beginning I had to point out parts from a report that were false and that I did not say or questions that were never asked which hurt my case because they said "oh we didnt know". No support by dlg and communication was practically non existent. I had to travel far for appointments. If I didn't attend an appointment with a week's notice I got charged for it. Then I had to pay £150 because the claim went beyond 3 years! Now 4 years later I finally get an offer to which i was nowhere near happy with but the amount of stress it was all causing made me just want it over and done with. After dlg fees, non attendance of appointment over £500 and the £150 im left with a very poor amount. They have settled the claim and have my bank details but after several emails as to ask when I will recieve the payment....nothing! Its frustrating. Worst experience. I would never ever use this company again or recommend
