If I could give 0 stars, I would gladly do so. I find comfort in contributing to the negative reviews and affecting their bottom line as a result of their unprofessionalism and gross incompetence. I put in an application for settlement advance 2 weeks prior to writing this review. They claim to have decisions made within 48 hours but this is far from the truth. A few days into my application, I was told they needed additional information from my attorney, whom I promptly contacted to provide requested info. Even after that, it took underwriting 10 days to make a decision. This is ridiculous and a complete waste of my time. They told me Robert (Underwriter) was in communication with my attorney and had received everything they asked for. Falsely leading me on. On top of all this, on various occasions I’ve had to wait over 45 minutes to an hour to get someone on the phone. Unacceptable. This business is dysfunctional and clearly has a leadership problem. No transparency with their potential clients and they will waste your time for something most people have time constraints on. That’s the whole point. For the trade off of outrages interest rates they charge, offer the convenience of reasonably urgent funding and quick turn around. But no, Robert and Company are twiddling their fingers all day with no sense of urgency. Save yourself the headache and go with another settlement advance lending service. They will not be honest with you and of course waste your time.

I applied for a loan probably about a week ago I got denied and that's okay because my case was really knew and I understand that but the only problem is that they didn't even bother contacting my attorney they asked for a phone number on the application of your attorney I gave the correct number they don't even bother using that damn number to call the attorney. Plus the got the name of my attorney completely wrong even though it is spelled out in perfect english on my application. Also my husband applied for a loan just last week and his is looking to get 3 million from his and they didn't even approve him. The attorney approved it but Oasis didn't that's not problem, the problem is they didn't even tell his attorney or him that they couldn't fund him and that was today he found this out 4/8/2025 it's been 4 days and they didn't even tell him or his attorney which happens to be the same as mine. Well Oasis I guess you really don't want part of his 3 million dollar case. Thanks to these guys we will be homeless really appreciate it. We will let you know how living out of the car is. And NO I am not exaggerating. Douchebags!!
