I dint like this service. The advisors are rude. Also if I am on the phone with the specialist why do I need to go back on the budgeting tool submit what was left off and call them again. And they never pick up. Spent discussing first half if the issues the redirect me to online. I am not calling them again.. I am at work and personally frustrated about my personal debts and this is how they treat you.

Spent 40 minutes on the phone giving an advisor all my financial statement, to be put in another queue to speak to a "specialist advisor" Waited another 15 minutes then hang up. Used the chat service to ask for them to call me back, but they cant do that - computer says no -. So I cant wait for the money and persons service, who fund them, to call me and ask for feedback on my experience,

Very poor service indeed. Providing incorrect advice when dealing with court summons. failed to suggest or advise Applying for breathing space. Advisers are generally very poorly trained and incompetent.
