Online app is useless. Constantly asking for details and verification. Saying info already used then asking to re sign up. Caused me problems for ages so didn't deal with it. Today I finally spoke to a lovely calm man named Mario who helped me straight away. No pressure no judgement. Got my monthly payment set up easily. This world is being ruined by apps and computers asking you to confirm you are human and every detail of your life twice over and this company is no different. Employ more agents like MARIO and there would not be such a problem sorting things out. Give MARIO a payraise and employ more humans... you will get a better response.

These idiots have tried repeatedly contacting me because they have the wrong number down for a client called Mr Salethorn, this has been about a year going now and I must have told about 7 of their empty-headed staff to change the number on the system but they amazingly have failed to do so, I am not sure about anyone trusting them with any actual legal work seeing as they clearly find the most basic tasks impossible. I have had another message today from these geniuses and if it persists I will report them for harassment.

SCAMMERS BE CAREFUL! They said they are taking me to court for a dept i owed and paid off 6 months ago. I have all the proof here I phoned them up and they were asking for personal details etc and asked if I wanted to make a payment.. yeh sure no problem! Absolutely disgusting I'm now looking into this properly and will be taking them to court nasty horrible rats
