Miss Kino Williams is absolutely amazing. She makes us feel like she’s our own personal concierge. She takes her time and make sure that we completely understand everything. She keeps things easy. This is the second time I’ve got to joyfully speak with her and both times she has Gone farther than expected to make sure that we are taken care of. She is absolutely amazing and whoever gets to work with her or she works for is very lucky

I recently booked a resort stay through Monster Reservation, as anVIP member and had the most amazing experience with my children! The resort was packed with family-friendly amenities — from multiple parks and swimming pools to a relaxing hot tub and even fishing spots that my kids absolutely loved. Everything was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, which made for a perfect escape from the everyday working class family.

I was on a 5 day/4 night stay at Hilton Head Island. We stayed at a spinnaker resorts property called the Cottages. It was somewhat unfortunate that the Ceiling fans could not be used as they creeped so very much that trying to sleep with them running was impossible. The water temperature for the showers waste quite warm enough either. The worst part was to be given back my deposit on a visa Debit/ credit card and have merchants charge me a fee for using a credit card, The money could’ve easily been put back on my credit card in which I’ve given the deposit from. When you don’t make a purchase to the exact amount left on the Visa card, it declines the purchase. I was offered food vouchers and supposed coupons for savings during my trip which the timeshare company Spinnaker resorts knew nothing about. They said I needed to go back to monster. Two years after I purchased this monster knew nothing of the offers so I got none of the perks. Hilton head Island is very beautiful, but my daughter and I decided to drive to Savannah Georgia for two of the days which was much nicer in the historical district of Savannah.
