I was 10 days behind with the payment which I constantly pay already for 4 years.Was in hospital, but I said I will be able to do it.The woman started using police style questioning,forcing,pushing me and when I said it's something I don't like,mostly not for 30 minutes she said there is a language barrier,sure I don't want some third party or translator?I live here for 14 years, obviously never will be like a native English speaker but I solved everything over the phone or in person.No one told me that they can't understand me.She was really enjoying this kinda game and power tripping.I cut the conversation off with an enough of this and called them back in 10 minutes. This time wasn't any problem but obviously I had spoken with someone else who was nice.

Nightmare journey: I got approved for car finance after jumping through hoops—first, they wanted one payslip, then three, then one bank statement, then three. Nosey buggers. I picked up my car on December 31, 2024, and got a letter from MoneyWay confirming my finance payments. Thirteen days later, it all went to hell. They sent me a half-opened letter saying my finance was canceled. I called them, and after speaking to three different people, none of them had a clue what was going on. The next day, they called me back. “Yes, Ross, the letter is real. We’ve canceled your finance, we won’t tell you why, and we’re coming to collect the car.” So, for no reason, they canceled everything, took away my main transport, and then took nearly two weeks to actually collect the car, leaving it in my way the whole time. Fast forward to March 2025, and now they’ve sent me a letter demanding to know why I haven’t paid the last two months of finance. Absolute joke.

Currently going through some health issues due to a " seizure" ... Spoke to s representative from MoneyWay few weeks back ..... These are the most understanding lender ive ever dealt with..... If you're in any money trouble & have a account with them don't hesitate to call .... Very professional & helpful & even more caring..
