This is some text inside of a div block.
For the north east region their staff are absolutely dreadful. Sales team lie and the after sales customer service either don't respond at all or fob you off saying the fact that they installed a laughably bad 'fence' and then did a poor job of removing it again is somehow the customers fault. 🤡🤡

Disgusting customer service from MH NorthEast You really need to do a deep dive in to your customer service levels We have had nothing short of shocking customer service from your NE team 4 year on and I’m still in the process of writing a novel of events from day one and still at it This will be sent to you in due course More recently your contractors ripped up our dead lawn in Oct 2023 while on holiday and we came home to a mess which is still in situ No turf or top soil to the front of our property 4 years on and full of weeds My Husband has had to tend to these weeds every 2 weeks for the last 14 month We have had 3 appointments recently and the contractors have failed to keep them Emails sent to MHNE yesterday and they can’t be bothered to reply Who on earth is leading this team No sense of pride No urgency No apology No work ethic I have had a call from the contractor today apologising for the third no show yesterday who said they informed MH of this mid week yet MH has not forwarded the information to us A third holiday day wasted for my Husband who had to take a days holiday for these appointments to take place Incredibly poor show from a “ 5* builder “ We have dealt with 4 different inspectors who have gave promises the left the business with no record of events then its left for another inspector to pick up then we get fobbed off with lie after lie There has been only one person called Ashleigh who has ever treated us with some respect and kept us updated Very early in our experience we were told by one customer service girl to F Off She had not put the phone down and I overheard her saying to a colleague “ She needs to F Off This was reported and an inspector was visiting the site and called to my home to apologise on her behalf and said he would deal with it internally I only wish I had took this further to MH hierarchy to make them aware of the manner in which some not all employees were addressing their customers She is one lucky lady to still be in employment at that time but knowing the levels of customer service that was to follow there should have been a formal complaint logged as this was an example of the poor customer service
