Reviews Summary

The overall sentiment toward Luxury Watch Repairs is strongly negative, with most reviewers expressing significant dissatisfaction regarding prolonged repair times, poor communication, and unresolved customer service issues. While a minority mention positive outcomes such as high-quality repairs, the overwhelming feedback cites delays reaching up to 14 months, lack of responsiveness, or watches not being returned. Multiple reviewers explicitly advise against using the company based on their experiences.

Common themes include frustratingly long turnaround times, inadequate or inconsistent communication, and the company’s loss of accreditation with major brands like Omega. Several customers report the need to threaten legal action before receiving resolutions. Occasionally, praise is given for the quality of work or watch appearance, but this is outweighed by complaints about customer service and operational capacity. Specific branches and processes, such as using other service centers, are mentioned as causes of confusion or inconvenience.

Based on reviewer feedback, Luxury Watch Repairs has developed a poor reputation for watch servicing in the UK, particularly London. Customers frequently question the company’s reliability and transparency. Overall, trust in Luxury Watch Repairs is low, with most reviewers indicating they would not return or recommend the business to others in the region.

Avoid at all costs. Sent my watch last September with an estimated return time of 4/6 weeks. Which was quicker than IWC 10/12weeks but after many emails, phone calls and threatening legal action my watch was finally returned 10 months later. will be using a reputable company in future AVOID

I actually experienced exceptional service on a vintage 1960s Omega that needed a service. It was sent to the Omega factory in Switzerland for an overhaul, and the work done was excellent. I live in the US but the watch was in the UK at the time. I arranged for a friend to send the watch. Yes, it did take some time and their communication leaves much to be desired, but in the end, I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and remarkable value. I had considered having the work done at a specialist here, but that company explained that the value they offered was unbeatable. If you are patient, you will be well-rewarded.

I still don’t know how it takes 11 months to service a Rolex watch for £1,450 I was sure it was a scam as everyday I phoned probably 80 times and it was another reason why the phone lines were not working again. However, much to my relief my watch was returned last week and so far so good apart from they could have polished out the small scratches on the bracelet for that money !! I had intended getting my gold Rolex serviced but I’m not going to risk that again for the next few years and will let Rolex do it. They must have the worst customer service ever so how they are still in business beats me.
