Dealing with Lowell's to help me to pay off my debts has been very easy. They explain everything clearly and have always kept me up to date about my accounts. If you can't afford to pay the amount you owe, then Lowell will help you to make payments that you can afford. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If I could I’d given it a zero star I would have. The Company is very difficult to deal with and have been harassing me since 2019. Not only do they continue to send texts, call and send letter’s I get emails too. I asked them to only contact me directly via email and not any other way but they won’t listen. They have been sending some post to an address I have NEVER lived at! I notified them of this and offered to prove my address from 2019 until present with my council tax bills however was told ‘it will not be dealt with as they have ‘reason to believe I lived their’. Not only have they caused me significant stress I have also proved to them on many occasions I DO NOT OWE THEM ANY MONEY! Yet they continue. I was offered (via the phone) a refund for all money that was sent too them totalling £500 and odd pound by the lady I was on the phone with. To chase this up a week later to be told ‘she didn’t say this’ I informed them I had the call recorded and could prove this was offered and accepted before I was then transferred to another gentlemen who decided he was going to try be more firm on the phone and speak to me rudely and try to tell me I was wrong. In future I would advise not dealing with these at all, if they do contact you, find out who they are contacting of behalf of and contact them directly and avoid any dealings with Lowell. Absolute disgrace of a company.
