Visited the store yesterday and the manager Eva was absolutely fantastic. She helped me find some items that I wanted to gift my friend. Her knowledge and expertise was 5 star! Please recognize her. Defo will be recommending the store and Eva for her manners and how lovely she was.

I had my ears pierced a week ago and the stud in my left ear is literally sinking in to my ear and bleeding , so I’m pretty it’s infected. I followed the after care instructions and made sure to keep my ear clean. Only one ear is infected and the other is completely fine, so I’m pretty sure it was pierced wrong. I have been trying to get a hold of someone from the company with no luck. Extremely disappointed, I’d give zero stars if I could.

I was looking for a pair of Lovisa earrings that I found on ASOS but the description (or sizing rather) wasn't displayed on a pair of hoop earrings. The assisant (I think her name was OK, not sure if that's the correct spelling so apologies in advance). She whipped out a ruler and measured a few pairs to make sure I purchased the exact one I saw on ASOS. Thank you for your patience and smiles 😊😄
