I researched this company recently because I wanted to consolidate some debt. Talked to the nicest guy and seemed everything was going good. Until.... A few hours later, I was beginning to have some second thoughts and did some additional research and see some have experienced lawyers showing up at other's doors with court orders, etc., and I decided I was not going to do it. I called back and let them know that I've changed my mind and was going another route and the person who I talked to came on to me pretty rude. Asking me personal questions and I explained to them I need to go with my gut feeling, response was "your gut is not always right" and just seemed very rude. I kindly explained that "I'd like to ask that you respect my decision as a consumer". Then in a rude way, said "we are here if you need us. have a good day" and just hung up the phone immediately. Because of that, I will not be returning as I can receive better customer care somewhere else. If I would you, I would run. As someone who does work related to customer service, if the customer calls you and requests that they are going another different, just respect their decision and move forward. No need for rudeness.

Let me start off by saying, Jordan Knutson is professional, kind, friendly and very patient with me with all my hundreds of questions. I was very nervous and stressed about my current financial debt situation. Jordan is very knowledgeable and did not make me feel rushed. From the initial call, it took me about 5-6 weeks to make up my mind and sign up with the program!! Jordan made me feel at ease, and I look forward to working with him and Level Debt!! Jordan is an asset to this company and team!!! Please recognize him for the OUTSTANDING work he does!!! Thank you so kindly Jordan!! I APPRECIATE you!!!
