Buyers beware. In this community, you must pay an additional tax called Talley Road Special Improvement District that will add tens of thousands to your price. A tax that you must pay for thirty years. Lennar hides it deep near the end of the contract and never mentions it in person, neither by the salesperson or the loan officer. They actually left it out of my closing costs worksheet. My monthly payment on the closing cost worksheet was off by over one hundred fifty dollars per month. My yearly tax bill will be almost two thousand dollars higher than what they had told me. For their smallest house, your tax bill will close to five thousand five hundred dollars per year. I have attached a screenshot from the Bexar County Appraiser. Just do an internet search for Talley Road Special Improvement District and you will see it yourselves. Your tax rate is not below two points like they tell you, it’s actually over two point five. This adds up to fifty four thousand dollars based on the thirty years the tax is set for, and based on the smallest home. But, we all know how the county and city operate, they will simply extend it another thirty years and you will basically be paying for this tax for eternity at this community.

Do NOT buy from this community. Houses are built poorly and the HOA is HORRIBLE. They are not going to build an amenity center here, even though they told me that when I purchase this home..Also, our HOA fees pay for another's community (Morgan's medows) amenity center. Houses are cheap and neighbors are great but HOA does not care about us!!

The worst customer service at Lennar_Morgan height community. Never get them on the call . Closed my claim without any reason. My new house is under warranty and AC was installed incorrectly when they built it. They don’t take accountability. The worst guy I have seen is Scott, the customer care manager on this site. How come Lennar have this unaccountable and unresponsible person as a customer care manager, who never pick up call from customer and close the claims without resolving customer’s issues
