SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! Extremely unreliable. The customer service representatives seem helpful but their words do match their terrible level of service. the actual “lawn pros” they hire cancel your service whenever they feel like it. I needed service asap and both time I was assigned a pro they canceled last minute, delaying my service 5 days. I had to just cancel all together and find a new company.

My husband signed up for this service because we are both disabled vets and these people have put us through 2 "pros" 5 times we have been rescheduled and no one's ever showed up. Customer support is no help at all and our yard is now extremely overgrown. These people couldn't give AF about their customers as long as they get paid. Do not use this service.

Seriously stay away from this company. Truly unethical from a systemic point. I'm reporting them to the BBB. Lawn tech disassembled my chain link fence to get their mower into the back yard of my house that was on market to be sold. The tech did a terrible job in the back yard and missed many areas, including leaving roughly 3 feet of grass around a circular feature in the back yard. When the tech left, the chain link was left disassembled. It took 2.5 weeks and 3 phone calls to reach anyone who could help and I was finally introduced to Reyniel, with whom the communications were primarily email. After he assured me there was no way to speak to the tech or his manager, and many emails, he offered me a refund on the service for that day ($60), not acknowledging my issue with the chain link fence bring disassembled. Eventually they offered me double that and the required me to sign up for a service called Ramp to process the refund, which I do not trust. They wanted to pay me money instead of fixing the issue that their tech had caused, not acknowledging the absolute pain it is to stretch a fence back into place, nor the fact that this issue had cost us buyers on a house that was already on the market and bleeding us more than their hush money could cover. This is barely even mentioning the impossibility to get ahold of anyone to discuss service issues with in the first place. They are being reported to the BBB. If you want to be scammed, have your property damaged, and then stonewalled, this is the company for you. I'm sorry to leave such a terrible review, but this company should not be allowed to exist considering their unethical practice, intentionally misleading app service, and systematic lack of accountability. If these people burned your house down while mowing your flowers, it would take 3 weeks for them to get back to you and then they'd have you sign up for Ramp to send you $200 to pay for new flowers to plant yourself, and not refund directly to your card, nor work with you to find an ethical solution. Again, do not use this service. If you work here and are reading this, quit right now. You're better than this.
