Working with Joel Portillo was pure bliss! My husband and I recently bought our forever home. An 8,500 sqft home in Sherman Oaks but it needed a complete remodel of 6 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms. The original home architecture and design was pretty outdated, and we wanted something more modern, and high-end. Joel & Co. Construction was recommended to us by a close friend who he built a beautiful custom home for. After meeting Joel for the first time we knew he was our guy, so we didn’t even interview other contractors. Working with Joel and his crews was stress-free, of course, we ran into issues while building, but we know it is part of the construction. What was amazing to us is that Joel always took responsibility and took care of problems on the spot. This has been the best experience we have had with a contractor. He was very thorough, professional and paid attention to the smallest detail. Everyone I came across was professional and worked well together as a team. I would recommend Joel and company to anyone who cares for working with detail-oriented and reliable professionals. Thank you again, guy!
