I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Infiniti dealership. I went to the first level and asked a man if it was possible for me to get help with a broken key stuck in my car. I explained that an intruder had broken in, but there was nothing valuable in the car. The seller rep downstairs told me I could get an estimate upstairs when I speak to the rep on the second floor. So, I went to the second floor to speak with the service rep. He had just gotten off the phone and seemed completely disinterested. I explained the situation again, the same way I had downstairs. When I mentioned I still had the key, he asked, 'Do you still have your key?' I replied, 'Yes, I still have it. I just need the broken piece removed so I can open my door.' He then said, 'Well, we can't give you an estimate because we don’t know what it is.' I was so frustrated at this point, I just lost it. I told him, 'Forget it, this is worthless and you were not helpful. This is ridiculous.' I walked out because the lack of help and the way I was treated in the lot was extremely frustrating.
