They do not deserve a single star, and I hope my experience helps others avoid this regrettable mistake.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought my car from them three months ago, and ever since, I’ve been chasing them to address issues with the vehicle. I’ve called repeatedly, only to be told that “Jessica from after-sales” would call me back — which never happened, not once in three months. They were friendly and responsive before the sale, but the customer service afterward has been horrendous. It took them three months just to arrange collection of my car for repairs. Once they had it, the work itself should have taken only 2–3 days, yet they kept it for four weeks. Worse still, they didn’t even notify me when the repairs were completed — I only found out after calling them myself. They also went back on their word regarding the return of my vehicle. They had promised to deliver it back to me, but instead told me I had to collect it myself. This forced me to pay £250 for a taxi to get there, even though they had originally agreed to bring it back. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish.

I did have a little issue but the aftersales team were so helpful and got me back on the road within a few hours. I am very happy with my experience and will be recommending to my family and friends.
